Terms and Conditions of customized products

Terms & Conditions for Custom Personalization

Thank you for choosing Jones & Co Leatherworks for your personalized goods. To ensure clarity and fairness for all parties, please review the following Terms & Conditions carefully before placing your custom order:

1. Customization & Proofing Responsibility

  • All custom orders are created according to the specifications provided by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of submitted names, initials, dates, graphics, logos, or other custom inputs.

  • Prior to production, a digital proof or confirmation (when applicable) will be provided for final approval. By approving this proof or submitting a final order, the customer accepts full responsibility for all text, spelling, layout, and design.

  • Once approved, the order cannot be altered.  Any cancellation of orders will result in a 50% cancellation fee which covers production costs, image/logo setup and restocking of products.

2. Production & Manufacturer Errors

  • We take great care to ensure the highest quality craftsmanship. If an error occurs on our end (e.g., incorrect engraving, misaligned personalization, wrong product sent), we will promptly offer a remake, repair, or refund at our discretion.

  • In such cases, the customer must notify us within 7 business days of receiving the order and provide clear photographic evidence of the issue.

  • We are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof or in the original order submission.

3. Limited Return & Refund Policy

  • Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless a verified manufacturer error or defect has occurred (see Section 2).

  • Minor variations in leather color, grain, or surface marks are natural characteristics of genuine leather and are not considered defects.

  • Customers are encouraged to read product descriptions carefully and ask questions prior to ordering.

4. Turnaround Time & Shipping

  • Custom orders typically require 7-10 for production. Please note that during peak seasons, turnaround time may increase.

  • Once shipped, Jones & Co Leatherworks is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier.

5. Customer Agreement

By placing a custom order with Jones & Co Leatherworks, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, and understand that final approval constitutes acceptance of the personalized content as submitted.
